Reading competitions at Lord Milner School form an important part of our language and literacy development programme. They encourage learners to develop fluency, comprehension, confidence and a love for reading.

Through these competitions, learners practise reading with expression, accuracy and understanding while building focus, preparation skills and confidence. Participation also supports language development and academic growth across all learning areas.
